Talk is cheap in today's world. In the name of "marketing" we abuse language to the point where words and concepts are diluted, meaning is lost.
For example, in today's world the lowest quality producer invariably claims to set new standards of product excellence. The copyist claims to be an innovator. Suppliers with little regard for the best interests of their customers claim to offer world class attention to customer needs. The unfortunate truth is that many producers have become far more proficient at the marketing game than in the disciplines of engineering and manufacturing. To make matters worse, "marketing" and "fair dealing" are viewed as distinct and separate, often opposed functions. Disappointment is often packaged with great professionalism.
MBW is not a world class marketer in the above sense. We have achieved the success we enjoy the hard way, slowly over a period of four decades. Our products speak for us... one product at a time, to one customer at a time. When a MBW product is in its 6th or 12th or 20th year of serviceable use, our customer doesn't need to be told that he got his money's worth. He knows it. When a MBW dealer has experienced 10 or 20 or 30 years of successful, fair dealings, he doesn't need to be told that MBW is a reliable and reasonable partner. He has long ago drawn his own conclusions.
And that's the interesting thing about today's world. While we all engage in the marketing game to some degree, the old adage "the proof is in the pudding" still defines who gets disappointed and who gets what they had hoped for.
Construction Division
MBW rammers address maintenance and wear issues common to all other brands of rammers. MBW rammers define the state-of-the-art in terms of lower maintenance, longer product life, a means of informing the operator whether or not the machine is operating within its optimal performance range and improving ergonomics and operator safety.
In many parts of the world, MBW is best known for its range of vibratory plates. Product life often runs to decades with minimal maintenance. Maintenance costs are comparatively low. MBW plates typically offer greater amplitudes than competitive models and are among the highest productivity plates available anywhere. Numerous ergonomic and safety developments.
All MBW rollers are compaction attachments for excavators or skid-steer loaders. The entire range is covered by US and international patents. EXA & UVW boom-mounted rollers have no serious competition in terms of raw productivity. Productivity gains are significant and dramatically alter trench work and slope compaction economics. ATS and ATP skid-steer models are low maintenance, low cost, versatile alternatives to self-contained rollers.
This broad category of products covers wet and truss screeds, walk-behind and riding trowels, internal vibrators, curb and gutter slip form pavers, mortar and concrete mixers, barrel mounted cure and form release agent sprayers. Some of these products bring patent pending or patented state-of-the-art technology to market and many of these products are manufactured to a higher level of quality than the competition, reducing maintenance throughout their comparatively long and productive lives.
