We are seeking an assembler who is willing to learn and grow! The assembler will perform highly repetitive assembly operations to assemble units or sub-assemblies having fewer parts and details. The work may involve some minor adjusting to ensure free action of moving parts and operating requirements. It will also entail recognizing defective parts, cleaning parts and belt sanding. We are open to full-time or part-time!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Fasten components to form assemblies or sub-assemblies, using hand tools. Position and align larger or heavier components manually or using a hoist as needed. Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications.
  • Remove rough spots and smooth surfaces to fit, trim or clean parts, using hand tools or power tools. Inform supervisor of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
  • Maintain and lubricate parts and components as specified.
  • Inspect, operate and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience and/or Training 5 years previous assembly or mechanical experience
  • Technology/Equipment Hand Tools

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to be responsible for market research which includes, but is not limited to competitive analysis, customer analysis and staying attuned to industry trends. Product, Price, Placement and Promotion are at the heart of this role. This position will also support the sales team and marketing functions by providing administrative support and project management as assigned by the director of sales and marketing. This position also maintains responsibility for CRM and data management for both sales and marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides operational support to sales and marketing through data management, reporting and CRM management including incoming sales leads
  • Utilizes database records to conduct targeted marketing campaigns and promotions (eblasts)
  • Analyzes and interprets data, producing reports independently and as requested
  • Reports on the 4 P’s for the MBW brand
  • Understands business objectives and conducts customer service surveys to obtain marketing information about MBW products and services to discover prospective customers’ preferences
  • Works with social media marketing to understand trends and what customers to target
  • Takes part in marketing material which includes using one’s own likeness
  • Creates and manages a project calendar/timeline to ensure the timely completion of sales and marketing projects and events
  • Collaborates with sales team and other departments as needed throughout the process regularly
  • Responsible for building and maintaining the Marketing Plan with the marketing team
  • Ensures compliance with IMAP policies, marketing plan and branding plan in all marketing material with dealers and within the company
  • Responsible for yearly pricing suggestions
  • Responsible for market and competitor research
  • Responsible for press releases & editorial opportunities
  • Oversees and updates dealer support databases such as Syndigo, Smart Equip, CAT Allied Vendor Program, Sphere1 and Blue Volt
  • Coordinate requirements and information for national accounts
  • Limited travel is expected for this position, usually for training purposes or trade shows

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a business related degree


  • Two years of experience collecting and analyzing and summarizing statistical data
  • Working knowledge of CRM management and reporting
  • Working knowledge of graphics preferred
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and make good decisions
  • Search engine, web analytics and business research tools acumen
