Material Handler

Description:

We are seeking a Material Handler to join our growing team! The Material Handler will be responsible for the general warehouse and support to the production shop. The Material Handler’s duties will include storing, counting and delivering materials for manufacturing and shipping. They will operate powered forklifts to move, stock, load and unload materials in and about the plant as needed.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operates the sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move product.
  • Pulls shop and welding orders as needed and stores finished orders to proper location.
  • Stocks incoming supplies and components.
  • Assists with stock records and inventories.
  • May use laptop or other electronic device to track product.

Minimum Qualifications

Utility Sales Representative

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Utility Sales Representative to develop relationships with potential and existing customers for the purpose of increasing territory growth and to develop and implement national sales strategies to sell MBW utility division products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships: Contact existing and prospective customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs can be met with specific MBW products through training presentations and demonstrating products, explaining product features, and soliciting orders. Utilize CRM system to track interactions with existing customers and to help identify potential new customers.
  • Generate sales: Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates; negotiate details of contracts and payments, and prepare sales contracts and order forms. Arrange and direct delivery and installation of products and equipment.
  • Provide post sales support: Consult with clients after sales or contract signings in order to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. Help mediate problems or questions related to product or invoicing.
  • Identify and manage partners: (manufacturer’s reps) to assist in the development of sales in territory.
  • Develop and conduct product training presentations: Train customers to operate and maintain new equipment.
  • Manage demo and consignment equipment within territory.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as preparing sales reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports.
  • Maintain an active presence on social media to help promote MBW and our products.

  • Travel: 50%


Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a business related degree
Technology/Equipment: Computer skills and familiarity with social media.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience and/or Training:

  • 3-5 years experience in sales
  • Previous experience in a similar industry, understanding of mechanical equipment and engine.
  • Proficiency in computer programs including Google Drive and CRM (Zoho) as well as the use of presentation tools.

 

Assembler

Description:
We are seeking an assembler who is willing to learn and grow! The assembler will perform highly repetitive assembly operations to assemble units or sub-assemblies having fewer parts and details. The work may involve some minor adjusting to ensure free action of moving parts and operating requirements. It will also entail recognizing defective parts, cleaning parts and belt sanding. We are open to full-time or part-time!

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Fasten components to form assemblies or sub-assemblies, using hand tools. Position and align larger or heavier components manually or using a hoist as needed. Assemble components accurately, thoroughly and quickly to approved specifications.
  • Remove rough spots and smooth surfaces to fit, trim or clean parts, using hand tools or power tools. Inform supervisor of any part or equipment defects to ensure prompt response to the problem.
  • Maintain and lubricate parts and components as specified.
  • Inspect, operate and test completed products to verify functioning, machine capabilities, and conformance to specifications.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experience and/or Training 5 years previous assembly or mechanical experience
