Rick Gramoll Promoted to Sales Director

MBW, Inc. has promoted Rick Gramoll to the position of Sales Director as of June 1st. Rick was hired by MBW in May of 2013 as the Utility Sales Manager. After a few years, Rick then moved into the role of Regional Sales Manager on the construction side as well as overseeing the Utility division. During that time Rick worked diligently to help grow and support MBW dealers in the upper midwest as well as the Utility division throughout the U.S .
Rick came to MBW with an undergraduate degree from UW-Oshkosh and recently received his MBA from Concordia University in Business Management.
Rick’s responsibilities include management of all MBW sales in the U.S. as well as supervising all outside sales staff. Rick is looking forward to working directly with each Regional Sales Manager, creating better partnerships with all MBW’s dealers and directly assisting in the growth of MBW sales.
